    Thanks- haven’t got a straw yet but took the principle and used a clenched fist. Seemed to work. Will source some straws though! 😂

      Yes, that could have an effect! I have a video on choosing straws (in the main menu rather than in the weekly exercises). Without a straw you could also try “puffy cheek” exercises for a similar effect – you can filter the weekly exercises to find these!
